It was not a coincidence that Ken's Service Ctr was there for me, it was a God wink! I was so distraught after having driven over a curb and completely pulling the tire from its rim. Imagine a busy New Year's holiday weekend, having no appointment, far from home, and an elderly parent home alone. My service experience " C'est Magnifique!!" Walter, understanding my plight, managed to not only calm me down but he quickly got me back on the road. That's Excellent Customer Service.

Thanks for the truly GREAT service! I had road damage to a tire while driving to NYC, and you promptly replaced all 4 with Goodyear Eagle Asymmetric F1's on my AUDI A4. I am very pleased with performance of the tires, and the whole experience. Thanks again, Eric

Excellent service and customer experience! I had a blow out on I-95 heading thru Maryland. My car being a performance sports car, has hard to find very wide rear tires. I called all around to find a match for the car, not one place in the area had the tire I needed. I went to Ken's and after a little searching they were able to find the tire in DC and sent a driver to pick it up. Within a few hours I was back on the road. Not only did they go out of the way to get me the tire but the quoted price was exactly the price without any "hidden fees".
