It was not a coincidence that Ken's Service Ctr was there for me, it was a God wink! I was so distraught after having driven over a curb and completely pulling the tire from its rim. Imagine a busy New Year's holiday weekend, having no appointment, far from home, and an elderly parent home alone. My service experience " C'est Magnifique!!" Walter, understanding my plight, managed to not only calm me down but he quickly got me back on the road. That's Excellent Customer Service.

The water pump tension pulley and belt disintegrated on our 2006 Cadillac DTS while pulling a trailer to Pittsburgh on Interstate 70 on a Sunday afternoon outside Cooksville, MD, when absolutely nothing is open or even available with absolutely no available repair garages or overnight accommodations within 20 or more miles. We were able to nurse the car and trailer to a Dunkin' Donuts with AAA towing the car to a hotel in Columbia, MD, for Sunday night. Monday morning I started calling garages, mostly to no avail. Fortunately, I left a message for Ron at Ken's Service. When Ron called back and learned of our problems, his first comment was that he would get us back on the road that day. What a relief! I scanned a picture of the problem and the VIN to Ron so that he could order the parts. Towed the car there and while we had breakfast, the parts arrived and they worked on the car. By 10:30 a.m. the car was repaired by a certified mechanic for a bargain price that I couldn't believe and never expected. We were so thrilled that we couldn't thank them enough. Car ran perfect for the rest of the trip. The work is guaranteed nationally by Goodyear for 2 years. We recommend Ken's Service without any reservations whatsoever. We are absolutely 150% satisfied.
