I discovered Ken’s while shopping for new tires two months ago. Walter’s excellent customer service skills and knowledge impressed me from my first visit, I ended up purchasing the tires from them. Great price and excellent service. This is my third visit and to the service center. I have the pleasure of having Rob as my service advisor and his expertise is among the best I’ve seen in the market. These guys and the service staff are above everything the I have seen/ experienced. I will be their customer for as long as I drive and will recommend them to all my friends.

From the minute I walked in I knew I was in the right hands. I am only here for a car inspection, but I WILL be returning in the future. The gentlemen here are very helpful, friendly and TRUE gentlemen. They answered all of my questions and the overall atmosphere is very warm and inviting for those of us that choose to wait here. I witnessed numerous telephone calls by different team members and they ALL maintained professionalism and friendliness.

Walter went above on customer service, stopping what he was doing on a busy day yo help this harried mom double checking tire pressures when our warning light remained on so he could make us feel safe to be on the road! Thanks again so much for your stellar employees who are like family to us!
