I'm very pleased with the service from this location! My vehicle runs better than it has in years and I thought it was on it's last leg when I drove it in! It had a lot wrong and they fixed it all and were very fast! These guys have a lot of integrity and aren't going to fix something based on a reading or light, they will find the root cause!
This pass summer we brought in 4 vehicle for new tires. I must say Ken's Goodyear has the best customer's service out there! They have the most friendly employees ever. No profanity!!!! The shop is super clean with music playing which makes the wait time very relaxing. Bathrooms are super clean. They took the vehicle in all 4 times in timely matter and service was completed with in an 1 1/2 hrs.
